Replacing a missing tooth? A dental implant restores the look and function of a natural tooth — planned with 3D CBCT imaging and placed digitally for accuracy by our prosthodontics-trained team.

What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a small titanium post that acts as a replacement tooth root, supporting a custom crown that looks and feels like your own tooth.
Because implants are anchored in the jawbone rather than resting on the gums, they offer stable, long-lasting support — a comfortable alternative for people who find dentures loose or awkward. Implants can replace a single tooth, several teeth, or secure a full arch.
How it works
We assess your teeth and jaw with a 3D CBCT scan and digital imaging, then talk through whether an implant is right for you.
Your treatment is planned digitally for precise placement, and you receive a written, itemised quote before anything begins.
The implant post is placed into the jawbone during a carefully planned procedure, with sedation options available for your comfort.
Once the implant has integrated with the bone, we fit your custom crown and review the result to make sure your bite feels right.

Technology
We plan and place every implant using digital tools designed for accuracy and comfort.
Why choose implants
Each crown is shaped and colour-matched to blend with your surrounding teeth for a natural-looking smile.
Unlike a bridge, an implant stands on its own — so there's no need to grind down or alter the healthy teeth on either side.
A securely anchored implant lets you bite and chew with confidence, much like a natural tooth.
Implants replace missing or damaged teeth with a stable, long-term restoration and are backed by a lifetime implant warranty.*

Healing & aftercare
After placement, the implant gradually fuses with your jawbone in a natural process called osseointegration. This typically takes around 3 months in the lower jaw and around 4 months in the upper jaw, though timelines vary from person to person.
If the bone needs building up first, or is thinner than ideal, healing may take an additional 2–6 months — we'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.
