What are clear aligners?
Custom-made, see-through trays that fit snugly over your teeth and move them a little at a time — no metal brackets, no wires.
Each set is worn for a period before you progress to the next, gradually working towards a more balanced, even smile. Because they're removable, they can be a considered option for people who want to straighten their teeth without the look and upkeep of conventional braces. Caring for your aligners

Rinse every night
Rinse your aligners with water each night to keep them clear and fresh.
Brush gently by day
Clean them with a soft-bristled toothbrush during the day to prevent build-up.
Rinse thoroughly
Rinse well after brushing so no cleaning residue is left on the trays.
Store in their case
Keep them in a protective case whenever they aren't in your mouth.
